How Innovaforte handles website enquiries, assistant questions, private sign-in and browser preferences.

Innovaforte GmbH operates this site. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@innovaforte.com. We describe the website's actual behavior below; other Innovaforte sites have their own notices.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email and message, with an optional company field. Submitting it sends those details directly from your browser to FormSubmit for delivery to info@innovaforte.com; it is not written to this website's enquiry repository. The accessibility feedback form sends the details you choose to provide to the same service. Avoid passwords, credentials or unnecessary confidential information in general forms.
Assistant conversations
When you use the Innovaforte Assistant, your question and full conversation history are sent through this site's server to an external AI service to generate a reply. One conversation, including text and model reasoning data, is saved on this device in browser storage (innovaforte.assistant-conversation) until you clear it or clear site data. The assistant does not submit an enquiry or send the full transcript to our contact address. If you choose to contact us, only the summary you review and edit, your name, email and optional company and source-page context are sent to FormSubmit after you submit the contact form. A draft summary is kept temporarily in this browser tab (innovaforte.assistant-enquiry). Server-side processing and provider logs may occur. Do not enter sensitive or confidential information.
Browser preferences and sign-in
This site stores your selected language, notice acknowledgement and optional accessibility display preferences in your browser. Browser-tab storage may keep navigation position. Invitation-only staff and client areas use necessary persistent sign-in state; authenticated information is access-restricted. A functional sidebar cookie may be used inside the private application. Technical requests and other sites
Website hosting and service providers receive ordinary technical request information, such as IP address and browser details. The site does not load analytics, advertising or behavioural-tracking scripts. Contact and feedback forms contact FormSubmit on submission; the assistant contacts an AI service through this site's server when used. Booking, social and specialist-domain links lead to other sites with their own privacy practices. The home page also loads a product icon from wingforte.com; this technical image request can disclose your IP address to that host. It is not an analytics or advertising script.
Private operating areas
The Operating Platform is invitation-only for staff and clients. Its records, documents, invoices and other work data are not made public by this privacy page. Demo information in the private application may be fictional or sample data. Access depends on authentication and assigned permissions.
Your questions and rights
To ask about your personal information or request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact info@innovaforte.com. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, other data-protection rules may grant additional rights. We do not promise an automatic deletion period for enquiries or provider logs without a verified retention schedule.
