Privacy contact: info@innovaforte.com. We have not appointed a formal Data Protection Officer; privacy enquiries are handled by the founders directly.

Contact form: your name, e-mail address, company (optional) and message. Used only to answer you.

Assistant: if you use the website assistant, the questions you type are sent to our server and to our AI provider to generate an answer. Please do not enter confidential or personal information there.

Technical data: our hosting and backend providers process standard request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps in server logs, for security and reliability.

We do not build visitor profiles, sell data, or run advertising technologies.

To respond to enquiries and manage a potential or existing business relationship (our legitimate interest, and your consent where required).

To keep the website secure, available and functioning correctly.

To comply with Swiss legal and accounting obligations.

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and to maintain the business relationship, then deleted when no longer relevant.

Server and security logs are kept for a short period by our providers as part of their standard operation.

Documents subject to Swiss commercial-law retention are kept for the legally required period.

FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — delivers contact-form submissions to our mailbox.

Microsoft 365 — our e-mail, and the external booking pages (Microsoft BookWithMe) linked from the Contact page.

Lovable / Supabase — website hosting, backend and the private admin area.

Our AI provider, used through our own server, to generate assistant replies.

These providers act on our behalf or as independent controllers for their own services. We do not otherwise share your data.

Following a booking link (Microsoft BookWithMe) or a social-media link (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) takes you to a third-party service, where that provider's own privacy and cookie terms apply. We do not embed their tracking scripts on this website.

Some providers process data outside Switzerland, including in the EU/EEA and the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent Swiss provisions.

Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to enquiry data and to the private admin area is restricted to the people who need it and protected by authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat what you send us as confidential.

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG/LPD) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time — for cookies, via Cookie settings below.
