Most recently a Project Officer in the Office of the Chief Scientist, where he helped stand up a new WHO division during the pandemic and supported the launch of the Global Public Health Goods initiative consolidating projects and digital assets across 150+ WHO offices. Previously Business Process Officer in the Office of the Assistant Director-General for UHC & Health Systems, designing donor end-to-end tracking and cluster-wide operational platforms, leading IT coordination for the Commission on Information and Accountability, and supporting Ebola vaccine R&D and the R&D Blueprint. Earlier roles covered the International Clinical Trials Registry Platform, the WHO Ethics Review Committee and knowledge-management databases. Combines a computer science foundation (Webster University Geneva) with an EPFL Executive MBA in Management of Technology and a CAS in Pharmaceutical Economics & Policy from HEC Lausanne.

Combines international relations expertise from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, with hands-on experience in business development, client relations, logistics and operational leadership. At Innovaforte, Timothy supports strategic partnerships, market development and client engagement, helping organizations navigate digital transformation, AI adoption and complex regulatory environments. Yunpeng Huang

Senior data engineering and business intelligence professional with more than 20 years of experience building enterprise data platforms, BI solutions and information management systems across the WHO, ILO and ITU. Combines deep expertise in database architecture, predictive analytics, dashboards and AI-ready data pipelines with hands-on delivery in complex international programmes. Holds an MSc from the University of Salford, public health studies at LSHTM, and a BSc in Computer Science from Nankai University. Michael brings more than 20 years of professional aviation experience, combining commercial airline operations with extensive exposure to private and business aviation, spanning international flight operations, aviation and travel networks and customer experience. A highly relationship-driven professional, he understands the operational challenges faced by pilots, operators, owners and clients, and brings a practical perspective to identifying where technology, better information and more connected workflows improve service and efficiency. At Innovaforte, Michael leads engagement across the aviation and travel sectors, connecting real operational needs with secure enterprise technology, AI-enabled decision support and intelligent data platforms. He also contributes directly to the development of WingForte, Innovaforte's aviation initiative.

He also brings proven entrepreneurial, business development and sales experience across financial services, international trade, property and construction. A particular strength is bridging business and technology: understanding a client's challenge commercially, translating it into technical requirements, and translating the solution back into a compelling business proposition.
